As a new team member

Responsibilities 1. Coordinate with the product’s customers on both pre-sales and post-sales technical needs, ensuring their usage requirements are met at the technical level; 2. Handle the platform’s daily operations and maintenance tasks, including system deployment for the product runtime environment, unified version releases, and overseeing or developing automated O&M tools; 3. Manage and maintain application software systems, undertake unified configuration, status monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting/fault localization for system issues. Requirements 1. At least 1.5 years of experience in customer-related technical operations and maintenance, with a basic understanding and practical exposure to DDoS, protective communications, secure communications protocols, DNS, etc.; 2. Proficient in common operations and maintenance debugging tools, with strong capabilities in diagnosing and resolving network issues; 3. Familiar with CDNBest-related content, and knowledgeable about basic programming concepts as well as server O&M processes; 4. Understand telecom-grade network architectures, and be well-versed in TCP/IP, DNS, and other core networking concepts; 5. Able to operate Linux and Windows systems proficiently, and have experience working within public/private cloud environments. Note: Candidates must have Chinese language skills to communicate and handle tasks that require Chinese.
