I am the Customer Success Lead at Wantedly Germany. Coming from a background of marketing and employer branding, I help our customers look their best on our platform to attract the perfect candidate for their lovely teams. I love doing anything creative - a day well spent usually involves a pencil, camera, or a baking tray.
I like to see happy faces around me. Making people smile is my biggest mission, and Wantedly allows me to help create a world were everyone can do what they love.
I am always keen to learn more about what motivates people and how to create great places to work.
As Marketing and Sales Manager at the Great Orangery in Berlin, I was responsible for all marketing activities regarding our event space as well as regular classical concerts on our premises. This included defining and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, creating marketing material, representing our product on trade fairs, managing a small team and organising events.
As Inbound Marketing Campaign Executive, I was involved in any inbound activities for Storm ID and our clients. This included the planning and execution of inbound marketing campaigns, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimisation. As a certified HubSpot partner, I am able to deliver both creative and data-based inbound marketing services to our clients - both of which are essential to online success.
After having tried some delicious pesto from the Pestowerkstatt, I wanted to share this lovely delicatessen on social media - only to realise that the startup didn't have a Facebook presence. As the target group were mainly students and young professionals, I approached the business owner to convince her on the incredible impact social media could have on brand awareness, reach and engagement. I was then given the opportunity to get involved as a part-time intern, which covered the creation and management of the social media website.
I have completed an internship at the German Embassy in Warsaw, working in different areas such as the department for Politics, Culture, Economy, Public Relations, and Science. During the internship, I gained experience in event and project management, marketing and PR, internal communications, and enhanced my research skills. Most of all, I improved my soft skills in communication, creative writing, networking and adapting quickly to new and challenging situations.
I worked as a student assistant in the Customer Service of my university. I published relevant information for students, wrote articles for our newsletter, the prepared application interviews, as well as translation and research tasks.
I worked as an intern at the student admission service. My duties were managing the administrative tasks related to student admission, conducting assessment centres, and organising application interviews.
