As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client base, shaping the future of business development, and contributing to our meaningful mission of advocating for ‘Mental Wellness, First.’ Your Daily ZOALA Experience ● Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, attract new clients, and enhance service offerings. ● Analyze data and market trends to uncover new opportunities for expansion, and adjust strategies to maximize success. ● Partner with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that resonate with prospective clients and align with sales targets. ● Innovate and develop competitive pricing strategies that keep us ahead in the industry while maintaining profitability. ● Build and nurture meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering loyalty. ● Recommend new products and services to clients, ensuring they stay engaged and receive maximum value from our offerings. ● Represent Zoala at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, building our presence and connecting with potential clients. ● Take ownership of identifying challenges that may hinder sales performance, addressing them head-on with innovative solutions. ● Continuously gather feedback from clients to refine and enhance our products and services, ensuring they meet evolving needs. The Career Requirements ● Degree holder (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields). ● Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or business development role, with a proven ability to build strategic partnerships and close deals. ● Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills. ● Able to confidently deliver presentations and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats. ● A positive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for making a difference in the mental wellness space.
