Responsibilities:
- Installing and setup (Software configuration + Hardware) Point of Sales system for mainly Food & Beverage business
- Provide Training to End-users
- Onsite/in-house trouble-shooting of Point of Sales System
- Attend to field service enquires, provide close follow up with all
customers' requests and issues
- Prepare technical documents
Requirements:
- Have basic knowledge of IT, software or hardware (e.g. Cat6/5e, router usage), familiar with daily usage in Mobile app
- English and Mandarin speaking
- Minimum qualification of GCE 'O' level / ITE / NITEC
- 2 years working experience in field service support and setting up of software, IT or Network equipment
- Fresh Graduates in IT related field are welcome
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
