Job Description - Ensure daily operation happens smoothly on a day to day basis - Managing and coordinating shipments between freight forwarders and/or our local suppliers - Scheduling and monitoring daily delivery load - Organising and maintaining warehouse and inventory accuracy and quality - Ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy (product quality, pick & pack and delivery) - Actively involved to improve operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency - Participate in organisational planning and strategy Requirements - Strong problem-solving skills to resolve unforeseen operational hiccups - Proactive and farsighted planning skill to forecast problems and provide timely solutions - Strong sense of dedication to meet customer expectation and the standard we set out to achieve - Process-oriented and good attention for detail - Ability to multi-task and have good time-management to meet operation deadlines - Keen to learn and grow in a fast moving and versatile environment - Self motivated - Initiative and responsible team-player Click "Want To Visit" to apply.
