We are looking for a talented Outbound Sales Representative with fluency in Japanese to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career while living and working in beautiful Malaysia. Key Responsibilities- Outbound Calling: -Engage with prospective clients and existing customers in Japanese to promote our range of products and services. -Conduct surveys and interviews, gather valuable customer feedback, and report the insights effectively. Customer Relationship Management: -Build and nurture lasting relationships with Japanese-speaking customers. -Address customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our offerings in both Japanese and English, ensuring a seamless experience. Sales Promotion: -Present enticing sales offers and promotions to potential clients with the aim of generating leads and closing sales. -Proactively track and follow up on leads, ensuring timely communication to drive sales and increase engagement. Achieving Sales Goals: -Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. -Actively participate in performance reviews and provide input for ongoing improvement strategies.
