SGAG is looking for a Administrative Executive to take charge in the day to day administrative operations.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the responsibilities of an Admin Executive will include, but are not limited to:
(1) Provide overall administrative support to SGAG, including:
Photocopying and filing
Postal and courier service
Office equipment management
Environment and housekeeping management
Agreements and documentation management
(2) Ensure that the office has the resources needed to remain productive. This involves coordinating the repairs on any malfunctioned office equipment, stocking up on pantry and office supplies and name cards.
(3) Preparation of petty cash claims & staff expenses claims receipt checking
(4) Liasing with clients and external vendors for invoicing and payment matters
(5) Support company events and initiatives
Requirements
- Strong organization and communication skill
- Superior attention to detail
- A can-do attitude and a strong sense of commitment towards work
- Able to work independently with integrity under minimal supervision and effectively within a team
- Finance experience/background will be a bonus
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related administrative/finance role
