Responsibilities - Understand customer needs and gather product requirements - Develop new products and enhance existing products - Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy - Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule - Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy - Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities - Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on, by planning and prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the product Qualifications Minimum qualifications: - 4 years of related work experience. - Experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies. - Experience developing Internet products and technologies. - Agile/Scrum Experience Preferred qualifications Master of Science or Business, or PhD. - 5 years of relevant work experience. - Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. - Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends. - Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing. - CSPO/PSPO Certification or equivalent - Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
