As a new team member

Responsibilities (non-concluding): - Maintain a “Say Yes to the Guest” attitude by providing remarkable guest service. - Conduct all guest check-ins island wide. - Identify and explain the property features to guests; supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest. Ensure that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day or later receive priority and are resolved. - Have a holistic approach while being able to solve problems tactfully in order to ensure customer satisfaction while on the other hand to wisely use costs for resources - Responsible to connect with guests before, during and after their stay - Print contingency lists about stocks that need to be stocked up in the property and liaise with the team to fulfill before the arrival of a new guest - Ensure the property is fully ready for use by the guest - Liaise with the guest before their arrival to ensure their ETA and complete requests before hand, if any Requirements for the role: - An individual who’s able to work under pressure being calm and composed - Fast problem solver; being able to seek solutions instantly for any given problem - Team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues - Multi-tasker, organized and able to manage time efficiently and juggle lots of competing priorities. - Detail oriented individual with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail - As the responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the - Customer Relations function, your driving passion is to create a great customer experience.
