At Qourier, great ideas have a way of becoming great customer experiences very quickly. As a Customer Operations Executive, you will acquire a strategic overview of the Qourier business, be responsible for the fluid operations of the business, and develop ideas to maximize business efficiency.
• Ensure smooth day to day operations
• Monitoring of daily deliveries and warehousing
• Handle customer enquires
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission
• Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
• Diploma in Logistic and Supply Chain (Preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point
• Singaporean and Permanent Resident only
