As a new team member

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Revenue Generation) to optimize our revenue performance outside of our core revenue in ticketing fees. Peatix looks to drive value to everyone within our ecosystem (Organisers, Attendees and Brands) and your role will be to identify the intersection between sales and great user experience and develop offerings to maximise these monetisation opportunities. In this role, you will report to the General Manager in Singapore, and work closely with the community and operations team. You will play a key role in strategizing and implementing our monetisation strategies, and work directly with the operations and sales team to optimise our offerings Responsibilities: - Review and analyse our existing non-ticketing revenue offerings, and create a strategy to optimize the revenue performance - Identify potential revenue generation features and create offerings we don’t currently have - Create and articulate compelling value propositions of these offerings and communicate them to the right target audience - Solicit customer feedback and synthesize it with research to be the internal voice that champions revenue generation initiatives - Provide the highest level of service to Peatix users; be able to work cross-team to coordinate and drive of delivery to customers. Requirements - Preferably someone who has 2 years of experience and above in revenue generation related or business development roles - Demonstrated ability to think strategically about issues and develop and implement action plans. - A positive ‘can do’ attitude, a creative and flexible mindset, and an ability to work out of hours (when required). - You must be able to work both independently and as part of a busy team. - Good communication skills in English is essential, both written & verbally. - Experience working within the technology industry is highly desired This is a full time position based in Singapore.
