The role of a Sales Account Manager is to provide consultancy, conceptualize and propose digital marketing solutions using multi-channel approach to meet the client's objective and to solve their problem.
This is a challenging role as you will need to be equip with knowledge on Facebook, Google, content marketing, landing pages, copywriting, marketing automation and how to strategise into a meaningful campaign that will generate profit for the client. As such, there will be intenstive in-house and on-the-job training to ensure that you have the necessary skills to do the job. 2. Attending meetings to understand prospect's requirements
3. Strategising and proposing marketing ideas for prospects
4. Effectively managing existing client relationships to grow revenue
5. Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
