Responsibilities •Participates in pre-sales activities as part of pitch ideation, graphic and visual design •Create visual concepts, be it in decks, web, mobile applications or infographics. •Establish and implement design guidelines and adheres to the latest design trends •Researches on the latest design/web/app trends based on technology and industry domain •Builds knowledge/asset libraries for Backelite (SG) and for sharing with the global community Requirements •Diploma/Bachelor-equivalent in any of the following fields – Design, Computing/information systems, visual communications or other related fields •Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or other visual design tool •Design experience is a must •Willingness to travel for short-term projects if required Nice to have •Has understanding of design thinking, user-centric methodologies and atomic design approach •Experience in Agile development methodology •Understanding of HTML/CSS concepts Click "Want To Visit" to apply.
