What we do

Eduquest International Institute enables working professionals to acquire the most valuable asset in the 21st century: new knowledge and skills. In turn, we help organisations to harness the most valuable resource: human capital.

Why we do

As an established Singapore-based training organisation, we envision to build on our accomplishments and expand across the ASEAN region, India and the Middle East. The future vision of our company also includes adding new capabilities to serve customers across wider range of industries. We envisage a number of programmes serving the needs of specific industries such as Food & Beverage and Tourism. On the top of these specialised programmes, we will have a layer of programmes on management, leadership, workplace health and safety, and soft skills - applicable to all industries. In short, our vision is to multiply our capabilities and enlarge our footprint to train over 100,000 trainees by 2020.

How we do

The following values guide us the way we do our work, make decisions, and deal with customers, partners, government agencies, suppliers, employees and society at large. Integrity: We treat integrity as paramount to all our dealings and operations. We believe this value to be our most precious asset, and the key to earning the trust of our partners and clients. Quality: We believe in setting and achieving clear standards of quality at every step of the training process – from assessing training needs to customising programmes to delivering training. In the end, we judge the quality of all our small and big actions by the quality of learning outcomes achieved by our trainees. Responsibility: As a business entity that potentially impacts the career prospects of our trainees, industry growth and productivity, and society’s progress, we take full responsibility for the role we play. We stay committed to be a positive contributor in all respects. Accountability: We strongly believe in holding ourselves accountable to the highest standards of conduct, and commitments we make to our clients, partners, employees and trainees.
