Job Description We are looking for an experienced and creative Visual Communications Trainer/Facilitator/Course Developer to join our team. This role involves designing and delivering engaging and informative training programs that cover the breadth of visual communications, from graphic design to interactive media. The successful candidate will foster skills that enhance students’ ability to convey messages creatively and effectively through visual means. Key Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive course materials focused on visual communication principles and techniques. Conduct training sessions both in-person and online, ensuring interactive and student-centered learning experiences. Engage with students to develop their understanding of visual communication strategies and tools. Continuously enhance course content to incorporate the latest trends and technologies in visual communications. Collaborate with the Design X team to ensure a supportive and innovative educational environment. Course Topics Include (But Not Limited To) Principles of Design and Visual Thinking Typography and its Application in Design Image Making and Visual Narratives Layout and Composition Techniques Branding and Identity Design Digital Photography and Editing User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design Motion Graphics and Multimedia Content Visual Communications for Social Media Portfolio Development and Critique Remuneration Competitive hourly rate (freelance), with potential for revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Extensive expertise in visual communications with a robust portfolio demonstrating a wide range of skills.
