As a new team member

We are looking for a Webmaster to make a difference to our customers’ online presence. The Webmaster will maintain customers’ websites and manage performance demands and parameters. Training will be provided. RESPONSIBILITIES • Update website contents for customers • Manage customers’ requests and inquiries • Work with technical team to troubleshoot, log and resolve bugs and issues for customers’ websites • Handle website enhancements as requested by the customers • Writing of monthly website reports REQUIREMENTS • Highly adaptable to technology and new software technologies • HTML knowledge • Responsive to customers’ requests and inquiries • Thorough and precise with your work • Able to work under pressure • Good communication skills Good to have: Experience with CMS and EDM softwares
