Who’s who in the zoo?
You’ll be reporting into the Brand Director and you’ll also get to hang out with the Product Design Director, the UX Manager and the marketeers and content writers in each country.
What kind of fun will you get up to at GoBear?
You’ll be the go-to-person when it comes to engaging with our users
You’ll work closely with the UX Manager to ensure we deliver on our promises to communicate relevantly
Together with the relevant vendors you will implement and manage the best contact strategy to empower users to fully utilize our service
By engaging with users you will grow our database 10x over and work together with the content team to deliver useful, insightful and readable content
Propose tactics to engage other critical stakeholders, such as partners

Got skills?
We need an experienced, no-nonsense, hands-on Engagement Manager who can do most (or all!) of these:
Map the touchpoints with our audiences (primarily the users)
Think out of the box to find new ways (tools, reasons, moments, etc.) to engage with our audiences
Engage internal teams and vendors to get projects off the ground and drive them to completion
Experience and understanding on how to grow a user database
Some experience with eDM and/or CRM systems would float our boat
Bonus points for familiarity and experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud
And even more bonus points if you’ve implemented contract strategies from scratch
