Primary Responsibilities for this position ● Prepare documentation on deployed projects ● Guide and Train Delivery Partners ● Perform HW installation & Field installations ● Execute Corrective Maintenance ● Diagnose and fix issues on the network/equipment ● Produce service reports ● Plan and support preventive maintenance ● Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing ● Recommend measures to address issues during installation ● Provide service and customer support during field visits ● Perform Network Field Testing Requirements ● Independent and able to work with little supervision ● Able to perform network system diagnosis ● Familiarity with mobile tools and applications ● Customer oriented Qualifications ● Diploma in Engineering /Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science ● Good written and spoken English ● Proven field service experience Location ● Singapore.
