What we do

At QuickDesk, we seek to empower businesses to drive more sales through technology and education. QuickDesk started in 2014, with a simple mission of helping sales people to achieve more sales with less and hence we developed a customer relationship management (CRM) software. However we realised that what many sales people are looking for is leads. Without leads, they have no info for their CRM. Hence in 2018 QuickDesk started to generate leads and prospect for clients. It was great to generate quality prospects for clients. However, we realised it was not sustainable, we could not grow with them. There was this saying: I was taught with the latest digital tools and refresher courses of what's happening in the sales and marketing world today. Hence by end of 2018, we decided to consolidate all of our experiences from offering CRM and Leads to Clients into an education programme. We believe that education plays a pivotal role in fulfilling every business dream of driving more sales. Our programmes include Digital Sales Transformation and Professional Conversion Programme for Digital Sales Executive to teach professionals how to digitise their sales process and sell with the RIGHT values.

Founded in 2014, QuickDesk is a one stop sales solution provider that specialises in empowering SMEs with digital tools & skills for maximum revenue growth. QuickDesk has serviced more than 800 clients both locally & internationally through our inhouse CRM software and QuickDesk integrated services; our qualified sales appointment generation service. Today QuickDesk is spearheading the digitization of sales processes and revenue generation among SMEs through its Digital Sales Executive Training Programme

As a new team member

This is an on-site internship role at QuickDesk Academy located in Singapore. As an Operations Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations management and project management tasks. Your role will involve supporting various functions within the company to ensure smooth operations and the success of our educational programs. Qualifications: - Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and Project Management - Strong communication skills - Sales experience or knowledge - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience or interest in technology and education - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field We look forward to hearing from you, click "I'm interested" to connect!
