Sales
- Develop new business opportunities with organic retailers, restaurants, food service and corporate accounts such as schools, hospitals and offices
- Strengthen relationship with current organic retailers, restaurants, food service and corporate customers to increase their sales contribution
- Drive festive and seasonal sales
- Negotiate within the company guidelines, with the goal to grow SuperNature’s margin
- Guide customers to use best practice e.g. maximum product visibility, FIFO
Forecasting
- Working alongside the General Manager to establish realistic annual targets and KPIs
- Create a comprehensive sales plan, including promotions, to achieve targets and KPIs
- Routinely review competitors’ products and services, strengths and weaknesses. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure SuperNature remains competitive
Team Work
- Support store team during festive period, member’s events and supplier workshop etc.
- Working with finance, follow up on any outstanding accounts receivable
- Carry out occasional ad‐hoc task as and when assigned by Manager
- Collaborate with support groups to create awareness of SuperNature and the brands
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 4 years business development or account management experience ideally in foodservice
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Capability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Intelligent and self‐motivated with the desire to learn and grow
