We offer fresh produce, meats, groceries, baby and children's needs, beauty and wellness and household products from the most ethical organic producers around the world. We also supply many of Singapore's organic retailers and restaurants.

Why we do

In addition to the health benefits, we believe that nutrition and taste go together — just taste the clean, authentic flavours of our organically-grown and naturally-reared ingredients. We also believe that particular dietary needs need not cramp one’s style or appetite for delicious food; our wide range of specialty items makes it easy for everyone to live healthily and without compromise. We believe in knowing our product, and passing this information to our customers. SuperNature works in partnership with our passionate suppliers from farms and producers across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Italy, and Thailand. They not only produce superb products, but also display great integrity in their practice of organic production, manufacturing and processing.

How we do

Finally, we believe in doing everything we can to minimise our impact on the environment. Our shopping bags and café’s takeout packaging are 100% recyclable or bio-degradable. The baskets used for SuperNature’s hampers are made of renewable willow. Hand-woven and durable, they make excellent alternative storage solutions.

As a new team member

Sales - Develop new business opportunities with organic retailers, restaurants, food service and corporate accounts such as schools, hospitals and offices - Strengthen relationship with current organic retailers, restaurants, food service and corporate customers to increase their sales contribution - Drive festive and seasonal sales - Negotiate within the company guidelines, with the goal to grow SuperNature’s margin - Guide customers to use best practice e.g. maximum product visibility, FIFO Forecasting - Working alongside the General Manager to establish realistic annual targets and KPIs - Create a comprehensive sales plan, including promotions, to achieve targets and KPIs - Routinely review competitors’ products and services, strengths and weaknesses. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure SuperNature remains competitive Team Work - Support store team during festive period, member’s events and supplier workshop etc. - Working with finance, follow up on any outstanding accounts receivable - Carry out occasional ad‐hoc task as and when assigned by Manager - Collaborate with support groups to create awareness of SuperNature and the brands JOB REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred - Minimum 4 years business development or account management experience ideally in foodservice - Strong influencing and negotiation skills - Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Capability to prioritize to meet deadlines - Intelligent and self‐motivated with the desire to learn and grow Click "Want To Visit" to apply.
