Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a regional network of clients and distributors for the X-mini range of products
- Create and present business proposals to prospective clients and distributors and develop business relationships and strategic alliance with them.
- Periodic review of existing clients and distributors and constantly identify possible leads and develop marketing plans to penetrate into the various markets.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors, identify opportunities, define and drive measures to grow sales and profits.
- Conduct regular meetings to review sales targets and formulate marketing plans and strategies to increase market share.
- Builds well targeted business plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities to achieve margin; to prioritize, facilitate and direct the use of resources
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant regional sales experience in the consumer goods sector
- Proven sales track record of business and market development
- Occasional travels required, depending on business requirements. Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship development skills
