Job Description
• Advocate Nurture Education Group’s curriculum and pedagogy whilst adhering to childcare regulations and National Quality Standards
• Work closely with Early Childhood agencies/vendors to determine requirements that must be met regarding licensing and health and safety regulations
• Develop strategies to guide positive behaviour and create a positive, hygienic, and safe learning environment that facilitates learning
• Build good, open engagement with children, parents, and teachers
• Provide leadership to drive the school to achieve set goals and manage all operational, people, and administrative aspects of the centre
• Monitor, guide, and train teachers to ensure excellent delivery of curriculum that will raise performance standards and competences
• Monitor staff performance and feedback to the HQ for any staff’s professional development
• Financial aspect: Prepare budget, control budget expenditure, collect tuition fee, manage disbursement of petty cash, and keep records of income and expenditure
• Prepare monthly reports and represent the school as required by the Board and Senior Management
Job Requirements
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education / Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Degree in Early Childhood Education will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching or managing a childcare/preschool
• A team leader as well as a team player
• Possess excellent written and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
