Ting needed comfortable, supportive shoes, and the options out there did not meet her standards. Turning her pain into purpose, she decided to make her own shoes, diving deep into the world of anatomical and orthopaedic shoes, determined to make them as stylish as they are comfortable and supportive. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for successful leadership within the organization. This dynamic role will expose you to various aspects of retail operations, marketing, sales, and customer service. You will work closely with experienced managers and teams to gain hands-on experience in different functions while contributing to the overall success of the business.
