As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our retail business. You will: - Work closely with the retail sales team to achieve sales target - Assist with the operations in retail stores and department store counters such as staffing, sales training, inventory and warehouse management, restocking, renovation and visual merchandising, logistics, customer service, online order fulfilment, and other relevant retail operations functions - Liaise with shopping malls and department store customers regularly on marketing and operational matters - Train and assist our retail sales team to provide the best customer service to our customers - Actively identify and solve any issues relevant to in-store operations and people operations promptly - Plan and manage in-store promotion events by working closely with the marketing team - Assist with online operations which includes campaign planning, inventory management, order fulfilment, and other relevant tasks We want to speak with you if you are / have: - Passionate about retail operations or a similar role - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Hardworking and highly proactive - Passionate about customer experience with a positive outlook - Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Enjoy helping others and enjoy learning new things Based in Singapore, Sunnystep is committed to fostering community, inclusivity, integrity, and technology to support everybody’s journey of possibilities.
