"I started Sunnystep with a mission to help people move freely and happily, starting from the most comfortable walking shoes we can make." - Mao Ting, Founder Sunnystep was created in 2019 to help every body move freely and happily, starting with the most comfortable and stylish orthopaedic shoes. For our founder, Ting, a traumatic postpartum spine injury changed the way she walked, stood and sat forever. The excruciating pain she had to endure on a daily basis for years taught her what’s most important in life, a healthy body so that we can pursue the life we want, and love the people we love. Ting needed comfortable, supportive shoes, and the options out there did not meet her standards. Turning her pain into purpose, she decided to make her own shoes, diving deep into the world of anatomical and orthopaedic shoes, determined to make them as stylish as they are comfortable and supportive. At Sunnystep, our vision is a world who understands and experiences the life-changing magic of a good pair of shoes and gratitude for a healthy and mobile body.

Sunnystep is an innovative force in consumer retail with a clear brand purpose — we believe wellness starts with our feet. We are redefining comfort in every step to an unparalleled experience without compromising on style. Our mission is to revolutionize the footwear industry by crafting the most comfortable shoes with unwavering commitment to environmental responsibility ensuring that every step our customers take not only embodies unrivalled comfort but also leaves a positive impact on the planet.

How we do

We listened to all the concerns about feet issues, and we acknowledged all the requests about comfort formulations from thousands of people in our community of shoe enthusiasts. Our community is not shy to let us know with over 2000 5-star reviews and counting. We exist to make the best, most comfortable shoes with high-quality, innovative materials. You will never have to sacrifice performance for comfort. Everything we make is certified vegan and planet-friendly, always. We work with responsible factories and suppliers in our goal to support climate change. We have set a manufacturing climate target of 30% reduction in manufacturing emissions by 2030 to meet the goals of the Paris Agreement. All our uppers are certified Global Recycled Standard using a >90% recycled mix of manmade and natural materials.

For the Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in fostering customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the retail business. You will be: - An advocate for Sunnystep products among customers, corporate clients, and retail partners; address their concerns and respond to their inquiries in a prompt manner - Responsible for addressing inquiries, monitoring complaints, and feedback through various channels of communication - Engaging with consumers in the product development process by channelling their feedback to the team, addressing product quality issues, and collecting new ideas for product development - Maintaining and regularly engaging with customer groups on social media and chat channels such as WA - Engaging with our online customers regularly with live-streaming activities on various e-commerce and social media platforms - Sending out newsletters regularly to our customer base; keeping customers informed about the new product launches and marketing activities - Planning and closely working with our retail partners with promotional activities and events - Organising regular client engagement and appreciation events, both online and offline, adding value to our customers and keeping them engaged in our community - Sourcing and sending appreciation gifts to VIPs in our community We want to speak with you if you are / have: - Passionate about customer service and experience - Excellent and positive service attitude - Hardworking and highly proactive - Excellence in critical thinking and analytical skills - Self-motivated, result-oriented, independent, and able to multi-task - A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Able to work under stress and thrive in a fast-paced environment Based in Singapore, Sunnystep is committed to fostering community, inclusivity, integrity, and technology to support everybody’s journey of possibilities.
