As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and driving brand awareness and revenue growth. This role will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing vision for the retail business and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
You will:
- Generate demand, create strategic brand messaging, and manage the entire customer lifecycle
- Test and optimize all online and offline demand channels through digital marketing, partnerships, PR, Media
- Manage content marketing by sourcing and working with a group of designers, writers, photographers and videographers
- Own the strategy roadmap, lead and drive high performance of SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, Content Creation, and PR
- Lead the team to constantly optimize the performance of marketing campaigns to lower customer acquisition cost, improve the retention rate of consumers, and increase lead conversions across different channels and audience segments
- Lead performance marketing from end to end, drive growth through targeting, ad campaign setting, and measurement of key metrics like ROAS
- Drive brand content and delivery to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Analyse and track the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee marketing budget to optimize for ROI and ROAS
- Work closely with the PR agency for media pitches and news coverage
We would want to speak with you if you have:
- A start-up / growth scale-up mindset, flexible, and open to adapt to changing requirements when needed; roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing a marketing team, and good track record in growing brand awareness and optimizing marketing spend
- Expert level of understanding of all paid channels
- Passionate about consumer products that impact people’s lives
- Have a deep understanding of brand strategy and consumer insights
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under stress and thrive in a fast-paced environment
