How we do

The ICC Academy currently offers three certification programmes: an introductory-level certificate providing a comprehensive understanding of trade finance products ( Global Trade Certificate), an advanced level certificate providing an in-depth knowledge of trade finance products and techniques (Certified Trade Finance Professional) and a certification programme providing comprehensive and practical knowledge on how to conduct export/import transactions and manage an international business (Export/Import Certificate)

As a new team member

Specific Objectives and Mission Reporting to the ICC Academy General Manager, the role shall assist in the smooth running of the ICC Academy’s office in Singapore and perform a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to the specific responsibilities outlined below. Specific duties include: - Assisting the General Manager of the ICC Academy and its team on daily and routine administrative matters - Serving as a focal point on contract management matters - Assisting staff to prepare events and related functions for the promotion of the ICC Academy - Making travel arrangements for the staff of the ICC Academy from time to time - Managing the documentation, filing and archiving of documents for the ICC Academy - Managing the daily mail and liaising with affiliates or other offices - Responding to general queries sent through email or liaise with the appropriate staff to ensure that a timely response is send - General assistance such as managing office stationery and supplies as well as liaising with general contractors for the purposes of ensuring regular maintenance of the office premises - Assisting in the daily and monthly updates, record keeping and reporting requirements in relation to Human Resources for the ICC Academy staff - Preparing the monthly financial reports, maintain track of all expenses and payments, check monthly bank statements for accuracy - Serving as a focal point for audit & tax matters - Processing claims and work-related expenses and liaising with the relevant parties and approving signatories in relation to these claims Job Requirements: - Contract Position from Mid December to End April - Diploma in Accountancy or “A” levels and equivalent - At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position - Responsible, meticulous, positive with good initiative and a team player - Good written, communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Click "Want To Visit" to apply.
