As a new team member

Job Description At eazy, our purpose is to love what we do, and constantly challenge the status quo. We strongly believe in a good company culture, having “happy” employees, who provide the best customer service. Our journey began in 1975 helping friends with both their personal and business insurance needs. Believing in transparency, we focused on creating an online platform for all consumers to be able to make their own well-informed choices for insurance and services. We hope that in the future, people will see eazy as “the” trustworthy platform for their insurance needs and beyond. The team is our gateway to all our commercial clients, be they large corporates, or SMEs. They deal with the widest variety of products, offering advisory to them in all matters relating to protecting their business and trade. Reports directly to Manager of Corporate & Lifestyle. A day in the life: - Assisting the team in administrative works including but not limited policy issuance via insurer’s portal, checking and follow-up of policies - Liaise with Insurers to obtain the most favorable coverage on client’s behalf. - Collate documents and information relating to claims - Handle and manage renewal business - Ability in handling clients and communicating with underwriters - Any other tasks assigned by HOD What you need: - A Hunger to learn and grow with the firm - At least 2-3 years of experience in administration positions - Min.
