[About Team Talenox]
Talenox is a payroll and leave management platform that serves thousands of small businesses in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Indonesia. We’re seeking teammates to grow our partnerships and business networks in local markets. We currently work with a myriad of partners - from service partners, leading banks, government associations and statutory boards, popular software integrators, to complementary brands in the startup ecosystem. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible in growing our outreach, to growing towards a senior position and opportunity to explore cross-markets role.
[What you'll do]
- Focus on growing our Payroll Experts network in Singapore.
- Ensure that we close most of the partners (HR Tech and FinTech) that can leverage on Talenox Embedded to grow together.
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through various channels such as inbound lead follow-ups, emails, client visits, and attend exciting events.
- Go through demos with partners and direct users and track the progress of each lead through our sales funnel.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners.
- Plan, create, and maintain support resources for each partner type.
- Monitor competitors’ products and partnership strategies, including relevant sales and marketing data in the markets we’re in.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to offer co-branding activities to selected partners.
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working together - you will represent our brand, and be our partners’ liaison internally.

- Is passionate to help partners grow the market with Talenox.
- Has high initiative. We’re a young team of self-starters and self-learners. If you like working independently and taking ownership of things, you’ll love working with us.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. We’re looking for someone who has a strong proficiency in spoken English, Bahasa Melayu and/or Chinese. Cantonese will be a bonus.

- Has a proven track record of implementing an effective sales strategy (This will be a bonus. We can always guide you along the way.)
