The Hilton internship is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work related to your field of study or career interest. It provides the opportunity for career exploration and development, and to learn new skills. The duration of the internship is 6 months, starting from 29 January 2024.

[What will I be doing?]
As the Intern, Commercial Performance - Asia Pacific (APAC), you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Support the enhancing of existing Quarterly Business Review document and collect insights from cross functional leaders to compile content
- Support the enhancing and revamping of hotel Commercial Business pack (Excel document) to support better strategical and tactical discussions at hotel level
- Support developing Commercial Services content, storylines, and presentations for Senior Commercial Leadership for monthly and quarterly business reviews and performance review meetings
- Craft presentation content for Senior Commercial Leadership through the ability to convert data and analysis into consumable bits of information

As the Intern, Commercial Performance - APAC serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. In this role, you will:
- Learn key skills to deliver great presentations
- Learn to manage projects and timelines
- Develop PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Learn how to create consumable reports
