Job Description: • Greet and welcome customers • Communicate in a professional and friendly manner • Provide excellent service experience • Well versed in different types of coffee base on customers preference • Prepare and serve a varieties of coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and techniques • Generate revenues by attracting new customers, defining new and expanded services and products • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company SOP • Process customer’s orders and generate their bills through cashless payment via POS systems • Address and resolve customer issues in a polite and effective manner; enlist manager or shift supervisor as necessary • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas • Maintain cleanliness on customers area and washroom • Ensure stock supplies are sufficient and inform management when inventories are low • Serve food to customers • Assist any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager Job Requirement: • Positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite • Engaging personality • Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence • Team player • Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment • 6 days’ work week • Able to work flexi timing, long hours and work on weekends and public holidays • At least 1 year of relevant experience
