Job Scope:
• Management of company’s social media channels (Website, FB, IG, Google reviews, etc).
• Generate recovery follow ups for negative reviews and complaints.
• Regular organic posting according to social media calendar, engaging followers, and responding to their enquiries.
• Develop strong relationships with cross functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
• Assist with measuring the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs.
• Provide analytics, insights, and improvement actions for all digital channels to align with business goals.
• Work closely with influencers on marketing campaigns and events, utilising the approved budget.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
• 5 days work per week.
Job Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant role.
• Experience working in F&B industry will be advantageous.
• A Diploma in marketing and communications is preferred.
• Strong in photoshop and premier-pro.
• Creative and have good sense in design.
• Must know photoshop + Canva.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team.
