As a new team member

Reporting to our CRM Manager, you'll be assisting the fast moving marketing team whilst exploring new avenues to showcase and magnify our brand across multiple channels. With an emphasis on email, SMS and app, we're looking for someone to get stuck in and help where needed. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the building and optimisation of sophisticated email marketing campaigns. Ideally we are looking for someone who is both passionate and driven by all things CRM. Although the role sits within the Growth team, you will also have the opportunity to work on projects within the wider marketing team, gaining experience with a range of different marketing initiatives. Working with the wider team, the successful candidate will play a key role in not only the success of the marketing team, but the success of Employment Hero. About The Role As the CRM Specialist you'll be responsible for developing, managing and implementing cross channel campaigns that engage, retain and nurture our app users. You'll partner with key stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Ops to deliver on the Vision and growth targets You'd be responsible for: • Building, testing & executing tactical campaigns & audience segments within Braze/Marketo. • Assisting in the development of new & innovative automated nurture programs. • Assisting with reporting & optimisation of existing campaigns & programs, being able to communicate the value of campaigns & programs to wider teams across the business. • Creating relevant content and understand best practices for Email, SMS and app. • Utilising best-in-market MarTech, including automated systems and analytics platforms. • Monitoring data feeds to ensure they are accurate. What You'd Bring To The Team: • Degree qualified in marketing or a related field (desired). • 1-3 years experience in a Direct marketing or related professional environment. • A creative problem solver and critical thinker, with great attention to detail. • You have good communication skills and proficient with Excel. • Experience with Braze and Marketo (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms) is a bonus. • Comfortable and confident explaining your ideas, taking briefs, and participating in brainstorming sessions. • Able to work independently in a "remote first" work environment and to agreed deadlines.
