As a Technical Analyst in Scoot, you will be the Solutions Designer, participating in the design and delivery of IT Solution through various SaaS and low-code platforms. Main Responsibilities • Detailed understanding of the Scoot systems, solutions, and architectural landscape. • Identify and recommend new systems and enhancements, participate in Business Process Improvement & Re-engineering initiatives. • Research on available information systems solutions in the market and industry's best practices. • Work closely with Business Analyst and Developers to develop a technical solution for business initiatives. • Collaborate with Scoot Developers or third-party partners deliver solutions. • Develop solutions on low-code platforms. • Develop automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). • Manage technical configurations of IT solutions. • Source code review for quality control assurance. • Participate in user acceptance tests, user training, pre- and post-implementation activities. • Provide support for information systems. Job Requirements • Diploma or University Degree holder. • Possess systems analysis and solution design skills. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or tasks. • Independent, resourceful, analytical, and able to solve problems effectively. • A good team player who takes initiative. • Good communication skills. • Desirable Skills. • Knowledge in applications development lifecycle. • Knowledge in Agile software development. • Knowledge in Robotic Process Automation. • Knowledge in Linux and confidence in working on Terminal. • Knowledge in deploying resources and workloads on cloud infrastructure. • Strong in written documentation.
