The hotel’s high-tech and flexible function spaces offers 1,102 sqm spanning 11 meeting rooms for more than 380 guests, ideal for hosting small to large scale events. As a new team member

Join us as a Reservation Officer in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because of this vital role, we are looking for someone who can, Your day to day Responsibilities • Processes reservations inquiries promptly. • Monitor reservation activities and inform Manager of current and future occupancy rates and bookings. • Work along with Manager to participate in periodic trainings and keep up to date with the latest developments. • Promote hotel's product and services, such as upselling our hotel facilities. • Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions, • Ensure guests' feedback/request are followed up and responded accordingly. • Manage "no show" reservations by investigating and recording of same. What we need from you • Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field with 1 year relevant experiences. • Posses problem solving skills. • Demonstrate ability to interact with all internal and external stakeholders.
