As a new team member

Implement the Zone employee engagement communication strategy including building L’Oréal Groupe’s employer branding externally, together with the Corporate Affairs & Engagement (CA&E) department. Job Responsibilities • Contribute to the development of the Communications editorial and key moment calendar in support of the SAPMENA Zone growth framework and people strategy. • Develop content and resources for high impact engagement campaigns relevant to the region, and make them available to the local market communication teams. • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on Employer Branding Strategies to build L’Oréal Groupe reputation among future talents. • Enhance corporate information tools and develop effective channel strategies for employee engagement and advocacy including intranet, newsletters, offline office branding, digital displays, and social media. • Coordinate and manage Zone events to promote the Groupe’s key messages and values. • Perform liaison role between Global and Local subsidiary teams on rollout of global campaigns. • Monitor and report performance of employee communication campaigns and operations. • Manage relations with communication agencies/ external providers to develop communication resources, tools and experiences. • Other tasks include supporting the adoption of digital transformation within the department, and related activities aligned to the CA&E strategy.
