Job Responsibilities
• Perform basic book-keeping and accounting including AR/AP entry using our accounting software
• To perform monthly bank reconciliation
• To do daily sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders,s and invoicing entries in our computer software
• To maintain a good filing system and document tracking
• To maintain staff leave records (20 staff) using our leave record software
• To process expense claim reimbursement.
• To perform general office admin including assisting in answering phone calls
Job requirements and education qualifications
• Min 2 year relevant work experience
• At least an intermediate book-keeping certificate or ITE certificate in accounting duties
• Able to work independently in a team
• Some shipping knowledge is advantage but not essential
