Job Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user.
• Design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection.
• Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date.
• In charge of server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software.
• Experience with setup & maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
• Motivated in problem solving.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
