MadSoft Solutions Pte Ltd was formed in 2006 to provide inventory management and accounting solutions to more than 500 businesses. MadSoft accounting offer real time information, reliable and trusted by all our customers. Also, our Inventory is flexible, dependable and easy to incorporate into customer’s businesses no matter the size of the business, either it is a small trading business or a large company with several branches.

How we do

The various arms of our company; namely sales team, the development team, the accountants, the product specialist, and the support team work hand in hand to support each other to deliver solutions to our customers. We have trained our support staff to assimilate the problems and needs of customers to offer the required solution to our customers. They undergo constant training and upgrading to develop the right competency and skill sets to provide the best solutions to our customers.

As a new team member

We are a dynamic and innovative company specializing in providing cutting-edge accounting and inventory solutions. As an IT Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch technical assistance and maintain seamless operations using our software. Job Responsibilities • Provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user. • Design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application. • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection. • Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date. • In charge of server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC. Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software. • Experience with setup & maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall. • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills. • Motivated in problem solving. • Able to work as a team and independently.
