Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
• Generate leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
• Initiate contact with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Listen actively to understand customer requirements and pain points.
• Present products/services effectively, highlighting their value propositions and benefits
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Employ persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and secure deals.
• Close sales transactions while meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• O Level Qualification or Fresh Graduate is welcome.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
