As a new team member

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient support to both employees and management. Job Responsibilities • Support all internal and external HR and Admin-related inquiries or requests. • Maintain current and past employees personal details in the company database. • To maintain the Annual Leave records of each employee in an excel file. • Keeping record of all medical certificates and annual leave approval form in each individual employee folder. • Serve as the main point of contact with vendors and suppliers. • To assist with the onboarding process for a new employee coming onboard by using the default onboarding checklist by the company and ensuring they have access to all of company SOP and policies that is needed to be known and acknowledged. • To issue company properties such as PPE, computers/laptops as needed to the new employee upon first day of work and ensure property acknowledgement form is signed. • To assist with the overall offboarding process. (Administrative, returning of company property and an exit interview arranged accordingly). Job Requirements • To ideally have at least a Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or equivalent with 2 years’ experience. • Highly-organised, meticulous and can work well under pressure and tight deadlines. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Great interpersonal skills to solve workplace issues. • Proficient computer skills. Your meticulous approach and strong communication skills will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional service to all stakeholders.
