As a new team member

Roles & Responsibilities: • Direct the Sales team to result in client satisfaction and revenue growth. • Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets and maximise sales opportunities. • Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention. • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers while understanding their business objectives and needs. • Foster relationships with existing and new customers to achieve desired revenue. • Promote positivity and motivation within the Sales team. • Investigate and resolve factors impacting sales performance. • Monitor changes in industry and leverage them for business opportunities. • Review sales performance and analysing performance reports. Requirements: • Degree in Business Management or equivalent. • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager. • Strong organisational and leadership skills of at least 3-5 years of track record in managing a sales team. • Knowledgeable and excellent networking in semiconductor industry. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
