This role will primarily focus on managing our digital advertising campaigns and driving brand awareness across various online channels.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital advertising strategies.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to ensure effective targeting and optimisation of ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and achieve advertising objectives.
• Create compelling and engaging social media content that aligns with our brand voice and identity.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets, including images, videos, and infographics, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Produce high-quality, persuasive ad copy and creative content for digital campaigns.
• Write captivating blog posts, articles, and website content to drive organic traffic and enhance brand authority.
• Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices, keywords, and industry trends.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable strategies.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, advertising, and branding.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven work experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing digital advertising campaigns and branding efforts.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and engaging content.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and understanding of organic search principles.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
