As a new team member

As an Implementation Specialist, your role would be to satisfy clients and ensure product quality, through logistical means. Job Responsibilities • Conduct technical installation and training sessions. • Support and troubleshooting software/hardware issues. • Ensuring product quality: You'll need to ensure that products are of high quality, meet customer expectations. • Managing logistics: You'll be responsible for managing the delivery of goods to customers and ensuring that logistics operations run smoothly. • Ensure that customers are satisfied with the products and services provided by the company: Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements based on customer feedback. • Coordinating with other departments: You'll need to work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and working together effectively. • Merchant operation support weekend inclusive. • Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate. Job Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in projects and operations is an advantage. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Self-motivated and excellent customer handling skills. • Ability to work independently under pressure to meet service levels agreement.
