We are excited to welcome fresh graduates to join our dynamic team as Administrative Executives in our Audit Department. As an Administrative Executive, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to our audit team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a professional and supportive environment. Job Responsibilities • Assist in coordinating administrative activities and maintaining organized documentation for the Audit Department. • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the audit team members. • Maintain an efficient filing system for records, correspondence, and other departmental documents. • Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. • Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials as required. Job Requirements • Minimum GCE 'N'/ 'O' Levels or equivalent. • Possess initiative, able to multi task and work independently. • Pleasant disposition and a team player. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Previous experience or internships in an administrative role is a plus.
