As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for delivering excellent customer service through various channels, such as email, social media, and chat messages. You will handle user inquiries, provide solutions, and strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
Job Description
• Provide the first level of customer services via emails / social media servicing/chat messages
• Seek opinions and inquiries from our users to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Achieve and exceed KPIs including and not limited to SLA, CSAT, resolution time, and first contact resolution
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Respond to user’s requests promptly and thoroughly
• Data entry of all cases into the system accurately and timely
• Provide feedback and work with the management for improvements
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
Job Requirements
• Good understanding of the digital platform
• Hands-on experience with any CRM
• Minimum Diploma holder / equivalent qualifications preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred
• A team player, meticulous, service-oriented, and possess a positive work attitude
• Able to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and one of the following languages (Thai, Spanish)
