This understanding is infused into the core values and every aspect of Monster Motors Alliance, ensuring that each customer's journey is also personalised and unforgettable. Supported by his Managing Partner, Irene Ng, she ensures the operational and customer service aspect of the business is well taken care of. She also works closely with the sales team to train them on customer service skills, people relationship management and training for employee's personal growth.

If you are confident to give yourself the chance to earn more than you are currently earning and is willing to accept a high comm pay scheme instead of a 9-5 fixed paying job.. Job Responsibilities • Welcome and attend to walk-in/appointment customers. • To provide an excellent one-stop experience before and after sales. • Telemarketing/Engage online platforms to acquire new client leads. • Be proactively engaged in maximising sales opportunities in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs. • Liaise effectively and work closely with respective sale managers. • Maintain clients with an individual approach based on company's SOP and KPI. • Ensure and maintain the showroom and inventory display. Job Requirements • Punctual, Positive, Independent and Self-motivated. • Can be a good team player and a fast learner who can adapt to a fast and dynamic environment. • Not afraid of rejections and constructive feedbacks that will push you to achieve more out of your comfort zone. • Generous mindset to be willing to lend a helping hand and to contribute to a positive work environment. • Prior telemarketing and retail sales experience required. • Owning an Active Class 3 driving license would be a bonus. We are looking for energetic and individuals with enough grit and persistence to come on board our team! Training will be provided by the company (You do not need to have any prior experience in the automotive industry)
