Job Responsibilities: • Prepare shipping documents: Booking orders, Quotations Invoice, packing list, delivery orders, Purchase orders, Profit Table and other such reports to relevant parties. • Coordinate Clients request with Suppliers via QQ, Wechat and other such communication tools. • Communicate with clients via email. • Responsible for picking and packing of goods for local sales from the warehouse. • Perform all office duties including general administration. • Data entry into company ERP system. • Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and oversea customers. Job Requirements: • Experience in import and export documentation and shipping practices. • Positive working attitude with good initiatives. • Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
