As a customer service representative, you would be in charge of day to day operations at our local branch in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities
• Mainly handling online customers, provide clear and persuasive sales service.
• Provide an engaging in store experience through interacting with customers.
• Assist in daily operation and inventory management.
• Shift work, 9 hour days, 5 days a week.

• 主要回覆網上客戶查詢,提供清晰而友善的客戶服務。
• 負責店舖銷售、提供優質顧客服務。
• 處理日常店務工作、整理產品。
• 工時, 每日9小時, 星期5天工作 (需輪班)。
Job Requirements
• Sales experience is required, At least 2 years’ relevant administrative experience.
• Self-motivated, well organized, detail minded and with strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in computer user interfaces for both MacOS and Windows.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
• Native in Cantonese, good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Knowledge about motorcycle or its exam is a bonus.

• 大專或以上學歷, 需具銷售經驗, 經驗豐富者可考慮作高級銷售員。
• 操流利廣東話, 對話程度英語。
• 積極主動, 熱誠進取, 責任心強, 親切有禮及具良好銷售技巧。
• 懂得基本電腦操作如 Excel, Microsoft Word等等。
• 熟悉 MacOS 和 Window 的電腦操作介面。
• 熟悉電單車, 有電單車牌優先考慮。
