• Ensure proper up keeping of documents and records.
• Arrange & book appointment for clients
• Liaising with field technicians.
• Simple copy & paste accounting data matching.
• Any other admin duties assigned by the manager.
• Good telephone etiquette and communication skill.
• Well-organised (Both physical & online filing).
• Good with Microsoft Office and IT Savvy.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
• Previous working experience in pest control / environmental hygiene will be an advantage.
• Tampines: Casual Dress Code.
