As a new team member

Job Responsibilities • Developing job descriptions and job postings to attract qualified candidates. • Sourcing and screening resumes and applications. • Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates. • Collaborating with hiring managers to determine job requirements and candidate qualifications. • Developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources of talent. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities. • Developing and implementing on-boarding processes and procedures. • Coordinating new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and tax forms. • Conducting new hire orientations and training sessions. • Ensuring that new hires have the tools and resources they need to be successful in their roles. • Facilitating introductions between new hires and their team members and managers. • Monitoring the progress of new hires and addressing any issues or concerns that arise. • Collecting feedback from new hires and using it to improve the on-boarding process. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of on-boarding activities. Job Requirements • A Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources. • The ability to conduct different types of interviews. • Experience with recruitment processes and databases. • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies. • Excellent communication skills. • Good interpersonal skills. • Good decision-making skills.
